this was such a last minute plan since our original plan fell through hours before. Ambreen’s place was such a good find, good price and good neighborhood (as it wasn’t too in the downtown chaos but right in front of the trains to navigate). room is very clean, comfortable and felt private. noise easily echos throughout from the hallways and other rooms but not enough to stay awake in sleep. thank you so much Ambreen! highly recommend :)

Absolutely love this place! We have stayed here 4 times and will be coming back every time. The rooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen, the whole place smells great, it’s polished, looks and feels luxurious and it’s very modern with a great view of the Kensington Market. It’s in the most perfect location with lots to do, there is a parking lot right across the street and plenty of food options. Ambreen & Emily are excellent hosts, they are super responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at 357 Spadina was great. Located in the heart of the Chinese district and next to Kensington Market. Perfect for a 2 people. Overnight quiet hours were appreciated. Overall experience with our AirBnB hosts was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Amazing host and location. We rented the 1 bedroom unit for 3 days and then the 2 bedroom suite the following week for 2 days. The 2 bedroom unit is so nice and worth the upgrade for luxury and space. Way better than a hotel with all the amenities inside.

My experience with my host was excellent, with timely and friendly communication! The rooms during my stay in Toronto were also quiet inside and were very clean. Location was right off a street car line, which was great for going into southern downtown Toronto (CN Tower, entertainment district, sporting events, etc.). Highly recommend!

I had such a great stay with Ambreen and her co-hosts! I had to book on short notice but the place was spotless—thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team. All were responsive, helpful, and when I needed to extend my stay—not once, but twice—on short notice, they really made the process stress-free. It was hotel quality, felt secure and was always quiet, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. If you want food, entertainment or shopping then this location is a huge plus—with everything walking distance. I would stay again, and highly recommend Ambreen and her team to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-located place to stay! Thank you Ambreen!

I’d give five star if my experience hadn’t been dinged in a couple of ways: Better explanation during booking of what to expect for the security deposit — came across very spammy and I nearly rebooked. I thought at first it was fraud. Some high-up room surfaces were super dusty The few corners in the room were also not clean. HVAC unit didn’t respond to remote input, the remote did respond to on/off. I turned it off. Room was comfortable. Door hardware on entrance and bathroom doors was loose. Tiny window didn’t stay open, had to prop it up. Again, small things. Everything else spot in, great for a simple overnight stay without amenities beyond the well-appointed and super comfortable bed.

Awesome spot off of Spadina and in the heart of China town. Lots of good food all around and the hotel rooms are clean, and the property managers are attentive and friendly. Would recommend anytime and was very pleased with my stay.
